If you have forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these instructions to reset your password.
1. Open the Brivvio app.
2. Tap the 'profile' button in the top left corner of the Brivvio camera view.
3. If you are logged in, tap the 'Logout' link. and tap 'Yes' to confirm.
4. Tap the 'Login/Signup' link. (This is only visible when you are logged out.)
5. Tap the 'Forgot Password?' link.
6. Enter the email account associated with your Brivvio account.
7. Tap the 'Reset Password' button.
8. Check your email for an email from us containing a link to reset your password.
9. Tap the 'reset-password' link. This will open a secure form in your web-browser window.
10. Enter a new password and tap the 'Save' button.
11. Switch back the Brivvio app and login with your new password.
