Logging into your Brivvio Account

Open the Brivvio app.
Tap the 'Profile' button in the top left corner of the Brivvio camera view.
Tap the 'Login / Signup' link.
Enter the email and choose a password for your account, then tap the "Login" button.

While you are successfully logged in, the 'Login / Signup' link will be replaced by a 'Logout' link with your account's email address below it.

Accounts & Subscriptions

Accounts are different to Subscriptions. Your Account let's you login to Brivvio to access your data, additional features, and give you access to Brivvio's Business Subcriptions. Creating a Brivvio account is free.

There are three ways to gain access to a Brivvio Subscription:

Purchase a Brivvio App Store Subscription via the Apple Appstore (within the Brivvio app) - no login required.
Purchase a Brivvio Business Subscription via the Brivvio website, and log in to your account in the Brivvio app - login is required.
Be added as a team member by someone who has a Brivvio Team Business Subscription - login is required.

Let's look at each of these in more detail...

1. App Store Subscriptions

You don't need to login to a Brivvio account (option 1) in order to use an App Store Subscription, however also logging in with a Brivvio account gives you access to these additional features:

Custom dictionary (helps improve the accuracy of automatic captions)
Automatic removal of disfluencies (automatically removes "ums" & "urs" from captions)
Automatic profanity filter (automatically replaces profane captions with asterisks)

2. Business Subscriptions

If you have a Brivvio Business Subscription (option 2), then you already have a Brivvio Account and must login to access your Business Subscription plan features.

3. Business Team Membership

If you were added to a team account (option 3), you already have a Brivvio account and need to login to access your team brand preset and features.

Switching between Accounts

You can have all three of the above subscription types linked to your account, and you can switch between them easily without logging out. Check out this article for more info: Switching Between Subscription Profiles.
