You can cancel your subscription at any time. We'd be sorry to see you leave, so please first submit a support request to see if we can help fix any issue you have, or if we're able to add a feature that you need. Our support team aims to reply within 24 hours or less.
How to cancel your subscription will depend on which type of subscription you have. There are two types of Brivvio Subscriptions:
- App Store Subscriptions (Personal)
- Business Subscriptions (Starter / Teams)
To cancel an App Store Subscription
- Open the App Store App on your iOS device or Mac OS computer
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap the Brivvio subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
To cancel an Business Subscription
- Login to the Brivvio Web Dashboard here: https://app.brivvio.com
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- OR: Change plans to "Brivvio Basic" (Free)
